Radio Madhyabindu was intimidated to make news on their favour by the banda enforcers in Nawalparasi, a district in the southern plain in the western part of the country. The banda enforcers picketed the office of the FM and asked to air news on their favour.
To sheer mockery of rule of law and press freedom, the attacks on intimidation on free press continued . It is quite worrying the government remained mute spectator to the attack on press.
