Kathmandu-Usha Lohani, a correspondent for the Radio Nepal was looted at Ghattekulo in the capital on July 4, Friday. The robbers who came in motorbike (Ba. 10 Pa. 8258) looted her gold ring of two-and-half tolas (25-gram) from a tailor. The police said that the motorbike is registered the name of Kathmandu, Basundhara-based Style Z Line.

Freedom Forum condemns the act of looting valuables of a female journalist and asks the government to immediately search the robber and take stern legal actions against them.
