Kapilvastu-Basanta Giri, Kapilvastu district-based correspondent at
Gorkhapatra National Daily was threatened to take life by the
Chairperson of an organization namely RISE for the news published
alleging the latter's involvement in the embezzlement of Poverty
Alleviation Fund (PAF).
